iNTELLiWEB System in operation
iNTELLiWEB turf irrigation control
The data plotted is the soil moisutre, flow and rainfall from an operating site on a sports field. Data from the field site is uploaded to the iNTELLiWEB site, where information can be viewed.
Data from the soil moisture probe is used to determine the correct moisture levels to be maintained within the root zone of the turf in order to produce consistent quality turf, with the correct amount of water being applied at the correct time. Within iNTELLiWEB, management can view data, determine the correct moisture set points (full and refill), remotely program the field boards and program alarm settings. The iNTELLiTROL field site is then connected to the irrigation controller, and once the correct moisture settings are programmed into iNTELLiWEB, the field site will then automatically enable or disable scheduled irrigation events, based on the current soil moisture condititions within the root zone of the turf.
iNTELLiWEB will interface with any stand alone time based or central irrigation control system to automate irrigation management based on the actual soil moisture conditions. Flow readings are recorded in order to track water consumption at the site as well as allow for faults to be recorded and identified. Rain data is recorded to monitor the actual amount of rain that has fallen at the site and can also be used to disable irrigation events.
Please read the comments on the graph that relate to the actual operation of the system.
